Valvoline Instant Oil Change

They're very friendly. Very honest. They make recommendations and they're good at selling, but they come off as genuine; not like a salesman who's trying to extract every dollar possible from you. I'll always come here and I tell my friends about them, as well. Simply the best. -Jon- Bay 2, 5:45 pm

I stopped by for a regular oil change today. Everything seemed fine and everyone was friendly and so quick. Fast forward a couple hours and I find my back left tire completely flat as I was walking out of the hospital. Come to find out both my back tire caps were still loose and never tightened after they checked my tire pressure! Luckily it was only one tire, but I was definitely driving on the highway for a good 20 minutes today. I am really not sure if I can trust going back now.

I came in to this location to get my oil changed. Everything was going fine until they told me to start my car back up. It instantly started smoking and oil was going everywhere. Was told the old gasket from the oil filter got stuck and they put the new filter on top of it. They said they would clean it up, which they did, handed me two coupons and rushed me out of there. Three days later my battery died and the new one would not charge. My alternator now needed replaced. The problem is my alternator sits directly under my oil filter so oil sprayed all over it. I will not be bringing my car back to this location or any other location. I should not have to pay for these extra expensive because of the employee’s negligence

Nick was phenomenal! His teammate Ja was really quick and efficient. Best service I've gotten anywhere, for anything!

Had an oil change done 3/4/2026 and as always I had a wonderful experience. Senior technician, Chris Jansen did a superb and thorough job on my car. Even helped me out when I told him that I wasn’t receiving any coupons online or to my mailing address in which he said he would give me my discount. He was very professional and I hope to see him at this location for a long time. Great job Chris!
